2011 Crafting & 2012 Craft Challenge

I kept track of how many craft items that I made during 2011.  Here is my tally:

Total Items Made: 789

This includes 37 quilt blocks.

January's total: 106

February's total: 52

March's total: 73

April's total: 48

May's total: 89

June's total: 17

July's total: 50

August's total: 18

September's total: 96

October's total: 42

November's total: 65

December's total: 133

This was all apart of my New Years Resolution to make 365 items during 2011.

As you can tell I did it.  In fact I more than doubled that amount.  My my 2012 New Year's Resolution is to make 700 craft items.  I did not want to run myself ragged trying to out do myself from 2011, but I did want to set a higher goal.

2011's 365 Item Challenge

Are you ready for the challenge of making 365 items in 2011?You can also just sit back and watch to see if I can do it.I'm going to keep an on going tally on the top right hand side of my blog.
Works in progress as we speak:- My first pair of knitted socks, which will take a while to finish.  Personally I think that each sock will count as a finished project (which is why there is single sock syndrome).- Another circular scrubby.- Unfinished snowflake ornaments left over from my class this week.  I can always make them and save them as gifts for next Christmas.- A knitted yellow plarn bag.- A soda tab purse.- A spool knit rug.- Several quilts: some being pieced, some tops almost finished, and some finished tops.
I usually make what I feel like making, except when deadlines are involved.  Which means that I usually have different types of projects going at the same time.  Even though I plan on finishing at least one quilt this year and making a few big projects, I also plan on making several small projects.  Those small projects will make this challenge possible.
