Tuesday Tot Craft Time: Kid Made Wreaths

These 2 wreaths were put together by kids for our church's Winter pageant.   We gave them the supplies, and they arranged them.  I hot glued anything that needed to be tacked down for them.  I think that they did a good job.

Candy Canes, Wreaths, and Hats! Oh My!

I made some more crochet candy cane and wreath ornaments.  I'm going to donate a few of them to my church's holiday fair next month.
I signed up for another swap, this time it is a Christmas ornament swap.  My partner likes black, purple, and zebra striped things, so I made her some candy cane ornaments with those colors.
I also made her these two hat ornaments using parts of a toilet paper tube.  Here are the directions on how to make them.

Simple Halloween Wreath

I finished this wreath a few days ago, but I've been waiting for the sun to come out before I took a picture of it.  I wrapped a green foam wreath with vhs tape.  It is incredibly smooth and shiny.  Then I spray painted some fake flowers black and hot glued them on.  The loop that the wreath hangs from is a black plastic bottle ring that was hot glued onto the back of the wreath.  It is a very simple wreath, but I believe that it is very elegant.  I'm running out places to hang all of my Halloween wreaths.
