Here are my rainbow cork elves so far. I can't wait to have the whole rainbow completed.
I made this little guy last night. I just had to take a picture of him next to this plant, because of the similar colors. I'm starting to run out of corks with blank spaces on them (for the faces). However now I have a few more people who will save corks for me. I don't drink alcohol, so all of my corks are donations.

Yes, More Cork Elves
I've been busy making more cork elves. This time with smilie faces.
I finished knitting the red one's hat at the Farmers' Market yesterday, which is where this picture was taken.
Here is the yarn that I have been using: Bernat mosaic acrylic yarn: Calypso. I want to make the whole rainbow of cork elves.

New iPhone Hoodie & Bangles
Last night I cast on another iPhone hoodie, this time with Vanna's Choice yarn. The stitch markers were a gift from someone on ravelry. They are made with blue paper beads.
Today I got started on prepping for a bangle class that I'm teaching next week. First I take a mailing tube and I mark it in one inch increments all the way around.
Then I saw it.
I have 12 of the 25 bangles cut so far. After that I need to sand them. Here are the bangles that the girls made in my class last year.
My husband has been having fun doing motion capture and animating his clay creatures. This is what I found in my refrigerator today. I should probably hide all of the chocolate, lol.
Here is my fortune from today. It seemed fitting for how my day has gone.
iPhone Hoodie
Tuesday night I finished knitting my iPhone hoodie. It is a little big, probably because I used sock yarn instead of worsted weight yarn. I started a new one last night using Vanna's Choice yarn. I do like this one though. It's soft and I love that the headphones can fit in the front pocket.

Cars Tags and iPhone Hoodie
I die cut some more tags today, this time out of a Cars themed juice box paper (Juicy Juice).
A picture of my iPhone hoodie before leaving for the park today.
This is a picture of the iPhone hoodie when we were ready to leave the park. I get more knitting and crocheting done when out of the house or at night (after the kids go to bed) when watching tv with my husband. Today I learned how to do a 3 needle bind off for the bottom of the hoodie. One of the sleeves is finished. I'm expecting to have this finished within the next day or two.

Birthday Crafting
| Thank you for coming. |
Last night I finished making the body of the sackboy / sackbot
, and now I'm working on the head. I finally figured out how to read the pattern. I know that sounds weird especially since I've made about 7 of them already. Its a British pattern, and where it says "inc" what it really means is "k & inc1."
I just thought that I would share 2 things that I saw in my yard today.
Watch out, he's a jumper!

Cable Cowl & Crochet Soda Tab Bracelets
I finally finished knitting this Kool Aid dyed cable cowl last night. Its a late birthday present for my mom. When I got here, all I had left to do was the ribbing, but I could only work on it while my mom was asleep or at work. I finished it last night and gave it to her this afternoon. She liked it, and it is her favorite color. She had requested it after seeing the one that I made for myself last year. To bad she really can't use it until the winter.
This pattern came from an issue of Vogue Knitting.
I Kool Aid dyed the yarn last year. It is lionbrand fisherman's wool.
Here are 5 of the 6.5 small soda tab bracelets that I crochet today. I'm using a rainbow yarn that I bought yesterday. I lined them up so that you can see how the color changes in the yarn.

Bamboo scarf
I bought some bamboo yarn while in Missouri this summer. I started knitting it while on the road trip home. I've been working on it off and on during late night movies or tv shows. Today I worked on it while my husband drove us around for errands. I just finished one skein. I was smart enough to buy 2 skeins. I am debating on whether or not to make a matching hat. I am sure that I have enough, because the scarf it already
