To Market, to Market

I've been trying for a few days now to cast on a new project.  However my first choice just wasn't working for me.  Then I was flipping through the newest issue of Creative Knitting, and I came across this cute shopping bag pattern.  It called for some cotton yarn (my favorite), and I just happen to have a large skein of Bernat's Cotton.  I was also lucky enough to have a brand new (well, unused) set of size 8 dpns from Knit Picks  that I won at the church auction.  They came with the Kool Aid dyed yarn that I made the cabled cowl with.  So far the pattern is very easy, and I love the way the bottom is looking.  Eventually I'll transfer to the circular needles.  I'm hoping to do that today while knitting in the car (if I don't have to drive).

  1. I like the bag. It'll be so cute when finished.
You stopped by my blog and asked about the pattern I used for my nephew's airplane quilt. I was going to identify the pattern but you're set for "no reply" and I don't know your e-mail address.
