Even though the library has taken a short break from its programs, the one we go to on Fridays had a fun craft available for the kids to make. They gave the kids a cloth bag, and then they showed them how to stamp on it. All the stamps were leaves, and there were 2 different shades of green ink. I am not sure how water proof the ink is, so I plan on ironing it to heat set it.
My 3 year old had fun stamping his bag. He likes to carry around his books in it.
They would also make great gifts. These blank fabric bags are often sold at craft supply stores.
