This morning I saw
a blog post on how to make a bird nest style basket out of a cereal box. I had to try it. So I cut up two cereal boxes and went to work. I feel like it is a mess, but I did do it. Next time I will cut the cereal box a lot thinner. I also have an idea for how to tie the parts together with the yarn a little bit better. I'm thinking of adding some fake flowers to it.
So cool to see someone try this out Kristy! I think you're right about the cutting. If you cut the cardboard more thinly it becomes much more pliable and easier to work with. Good stuff!
